The Roosevelt, located in the heart of Ybor City Florida is a 103 year old historic building being converted to a zero energy use structure utilizing alternative methods from around the world. The building will serve as a micro business incubator for creative talent of all kinds and host a wide array of cultural events.

The building gets it's name as President Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders were said to water there horses here when they were in town.
