The Roosevelt, located in the heart of Ybor City Florida is a 103 year old historic building being converted to a zero energy use structure utilizing alternative methods from around the world. The building will serve as a micro business incubator for creative talent of all kinds and host a wide array of cultural events. The building gets it's name as President Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders were said to water there horses here when they were in town. Prep work for the LED lights The LED lights from Sunovia Energy illuminate the new recycled content concrete from Tarmac. Rudy sprays the water based Simstain Steve and Bryan install a new wall.
